The Long Bay Hills Property Home Owners Association (LBHPOA) wishes to announce that our newly paved Long Bay Highway is nearing completion. We welcome all who use our privately paid for road to do so with care and attention to the new speed limit of 30 mph. This is mainly a residential area. Many of our residents, including our children, walk, jog and cycle on the road and share it with our companion animals. It is very important to us that you adhere to the speed limit.
