The Integrity Commission has arranged, through the EU Legislative Reform project, for draft amendments to the Integrity Commission Ordinance and Schedules 1 and 2 of the Ordinance, in order, among other things, to change the filing requirements that apply to persons in public life, give the Commission and the Governor more flexibility in administering the Ordinance and lower the threshold for the value of gifts that must be declared.

On Thursday 19th January, the CSA’s executive team led by Dr. Rufus Ewing met with TCIG’s team led by the Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Boyle.

Public discussions on a new Pathway to TCI Citizenship are increasing in intensity with a series of country-wide community meetings being jointly facilitated by the Consultative Forum and the Ministry of Border Control and Labour.
